ESTIMATOR/QS (Interiors & Joinery) - JAFZA. Up To Dhs 16,000 Plus Family Medical. For a well-reputed interiors company. Responsible for the preparation of quotations, bills of quantities, cost sheets from drawings, preparation and evaluation of contracts, evaluation and certification of payments, negotiation of prices, etc. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in interior and/or joinery estimation and have excellent interior fit-out works knowledge. Basic knowledge of materials a must and knowledge of cost and commercial management through the design, tender and construction stages of interior fit-out projects an advantage. Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering a must. Carpentry / joinery or interior fit-out works knowledge a must. Email CV to qs@bacme.com Ref. LB1106-152.
