Head of Data Quality and Projects

Our client is a leading bank based out of Doha in Qatar, who is looking for a Head of Data Quality and projects to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Business and User Support you will be responsible for managing and reducing the financial and operational risks the bank faces in having low quality data. You will be responsible for taking proactive measures in maintaining strict control over the banks customer data and identifying gaps. Resolution of these will be through your direct reports, who are call agent staff and they will be responsible for contacting the customer and collecting information and relevant data. In this role you will be closely liaising with the regulatory body, The Qatar Central bank as well as the National Credit Bureau. Internally you will be working closely with retail, corporate and wealth divisions call agents and senior managers as well as business heads within the bank. Suitable candidates for this position will have a minimum of five years banking operations experience as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Degree qualifications are essential, and a Master's degree would be preferable. Previous experience using CSV files and MS project would be ideal and previous management experience is essential to succeed in this position. http://www.charterhouseme.ae
