My Client a well known International bank in the UAE is looking to recruit for SRM FI International
- Focus on emerging market countries to tap lucrative business transactions
- Review and add new countries to portfolio for undertaking cross border transactions
- Undertake Risk Participation transactions with investment grade rated banks on cash collateral basis
- Focus on emerging market trade assets in FIs within CIS, Russia, Middle East and Pakistan
- Customer calls and networking with Middle East and presence countries and establish trade treasury lines
- Ensure all documents in order
- Obtained Condition Precedents confirmation from counter party bank facility agent
- Credit approval in place+
- Monitoring of lines limits
- Closely interact with regional FIs and establish strong relationship
- Regular meetings with regional FIs and followup
- Strategic alliances to be based on bank's business strategy
- Keep regular business trips to network countries
- Identify lucrative transactions
- Obtain Credit approval
- Provide Commitment letters to counter party banks
- Understanding regulatory, banking and financial environment in different countries
