This new investment vehicle who has many predominant businesses within the UAE, mainly dealing with high profile clients within multiple markets, is currently hiring a HR Officer for one of their growing subsidiaries to develop the HR function as the business drives forward. The main responsibilities will be to lead the consistent completion of key HR processes which will include employee development, training, employee relations, retention, communication, diversity and recognition. It will involve organisational development such as conflict management, coaching and counselling, job design and enrichment, performance management system and employee development planning. To be considered for this role to work within an up and coming business with many future opportunities you must have at least three to five years of relevant experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties of the role which must have been gained within an investment, banking or financial services environment.
