Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leading Hotel chain is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Qatar. The roles and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- To establish, manage and maintain a property management team and taking full responsibility of all team's actions
- To be fully aware and comply to all legal aspects
- To prepare annual engineering and property management budgets for the company
- To be responsible for the overall maintenance and engineering standard of all properties
- To produce monthly activity and productivity reports
- To be proactive in attracting business to the hotel.
