Ability to Handling the Site independently.
Solid background in MEP Works of Commercial Buildings, Residential Villas, Residential and Fit out.
Experience in Testing, Erection and Commissioning of Substations, HVAC Plant, Firefighting system and CCTV.
1.Supervising and managing the installation, construction, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical works.
2.Overall monitoring of all electrical project activities.
3.Responsible for installation all Electrical HT, LT, HVAC, Firefighting, CPS, CCTV and BMS systems.
4.Managing all the correspondence with Client, Consultants/ Interior Designers & Sub- Contractors.
5.Studying all MEP drawings and prepare shop drawings for all individual shops.
6.Electrical design of Residential Villas and Flats.
7.Project planning, Supervision and coordination of fit out work in sites.
8.Verifying BOQ and preparing the resource logs.
9.Supervision of Electrical, HVAC, BMS, IBMS, CPS, CCTV and Firefighting works.
10.Timely monitoring of 33kV and 11kV substations.
11.Site inspection and quality control.
12.Monthly invoicing with the QS dept.
13.Delay analysis schedule for the QS dept.
14.Maintaining documents as per ISO procedure.
15.Site monitoring and preparing progress reports.
16.Discussing design needs with Project Manager.
17.Project Handing over to PM with joint walk around.
18.Timely measurement releasing to the manufacturers.
19.As-built drawing preparation guidance & submission.
20.Preparation & submission of Work Method Statements.
21.Submission of Completion Certificate for each area on time.
22.Conducting weekly Progress meetings and Walk-around at sites.
23.Day to day correspondence with Client, PM, Consultant & Sub-contractors.
24.Meeting with Service engineers (MEP), Consultants/ Interior Designers.
25.Preparing the Procurement, Inspection and material submission schedule.
