Description of work:
1. Supervising and managing the installation, construction, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical works.
2. Overall monitoring of all electrical project activities.
3. Responsible for installation all Electrical HT, LT, HVAC, Firefighting, CPS, CCTV and BMS systems.
4. Managing all the correspondence with Client, Consultants/ Interior Designers & Sub- Contractors.
5. Studying all MEP drawings and prepare shop drawings for all individual shops.
6. Electrical design of Residential Villas and Flats.
7. Project planning, Supervision and coordination of fit out work in sites.
8. Verifying BOQ and preparing the resource logs.
9. Supervision of Electrical, HVAC, BMS, IBMS, CPS, CCTV and Firefighting works.
10. Timely monitoring of 33kV and 11kV substations.
11. Site inspection and quality control.
Installation and commissioning of following items:
1. 650TR chillers.
2. 2000kVA DG set.
3. 1000kVA DG set.
4. 1250kVA transformers.
5. 2500kVA transformers.
6. 33kV and 11kV substations.
Qualification and Skills:
1. Proficient in Handling the Site independently.
2. Solid background in MEP Works of Commercial Buildings, Residential Villas, Residential and Fit out.
3. Experience in Testing, Erection and Commissioning of Substations, HVAC Plant, Firefighting system and CCTV.
4. Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
5. Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
6. Certified in CISCO and MCITP.
7. Personal Attributes: Honest, Patient, systematic and Reliable.
8. Computer Applications: AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE, VMWARE.
