Waiter/Waitress

* To provide the courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all time following Restaurant's Standard Operating Procedure. 
* To perform all the duties and tasks in the assigned place of the work to the standard set. Be fully flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sections. 
* Knowledge of the POS (Billing System). 
* To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work. 
* Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by restaurant. 
* To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all the food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend alternates and up-sell. 
* To monitor operating supplies and reduces spoilage and wastage. 
* To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Report guest's complaints or problems to supervisors/ Managers, if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. 
* To attend communication meeting, briefing and training sessions as required by Manager and supervisors.
