Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Bachelor degree
Assign labor, equipment, materials and subcontractors to maximize safety and profitability and minimize costs
Plan projects to ensure deadlines are met on time, budget and target
Settle daily field personnel issues and provide incident reports for head office files
Discuss scope of work requirements to the foremen, review production, quality and contract compliance
Follow up on all extra work and process in accordance with contractual obligations
Manage all safety policies and conduct site safety meetings
Calculate and track all materials inclusive of ordering, inspecting and verifying shipments from suppliers
Plan, monitor and oversee all subcontractors’ work quality and production levels to ensure the highest standards are attained
Maintain accessibility and ongoing communication on a full time basis
