LOGISTIC DRIVER REQUIRED
We are currently seeking a Drivers Position for Light Motor Vehicle ( to drive 3-4 Ton Pick Up / Van / Car ) and Heavy Motor Vehicle (To drive 10 Ton Pick Up) with manual driving license. In this position. Your duties will include the following.
Job Profile
To perform safe and accurate product checking, and Loading vehicle with help of delivery man, and delivery to customer and to ensure proper Proof of Delivery (POD) and receipt acknowledgement from respective customers.

Vehicle Upkeep & Safety
Responsible for the safety of Self, Co-worker (passenger), vehicle, company products and all the road user by strictly adhering to all the Traffic rules and regulations & company’s vehicle policy
In Case of breakdown of the vehicle during transportation of company products, to ensure safe custody of stocks and inform Superiors and line managers
Ensure all documents like registration card, fuel card, insurance papers, driving license, and Municipality Permit copy are carried before commencement of the journey
Arrange for proper inspection of the vehicle like tyres, Head lights, Break lights, Reverse lights, be-con lights (if required), seat belts, service maintenance to ensure vehicle is maintained in running condition & road worthy regular service is carried out at specific intervals as per the company, vehicle maintenance policy.
Report immediately all incidents / accidents related with the vehicle and delivery to the line supervisor & manager
Drivers responsibility for safety of Delivery Man accompany with him on delivery.

Delivery
Perform the role of delivery head during delivery and ensure safe custody of stock in the vehicle and maintain good rapport with the customers to ensure that all the deliveries assigned are completed daily on time
Ensure all stock loaded is accounted for at time of delivery so there are no overall discrepancies
Ensure there is zero deviation from delivery route planned by Transport In-charge / Warehouse Manager so that the overall most efficient route can be determined
Obtain Signature, name and mobile number of the customer receiving person on all the Invoices & any Invoice cancellation are promptly marked on the Invoices along with the physical stocks to ensure safe custody of the delivered documents
Ensure proper documentation & physical collection of GRV / SRV, from customers to facilitate safe accurate collection & deposit of cash / cheque
Ensure Good Handling Practices are followed while delivering / receiving back goods to / from customer.
If any shortage and excess during time of delivery to customer need to inform line supervisor / In Charge for taking correct action
Cash on delivery to be submitted on same day to the office.

The Essentials
Should be Completed Secondary education or 12 Standard or Equivalent Experience
Knowledge of all UAE roads and locations
Minimum 2 years experience in similar job
Valid UAE driving license. ( LMV – To drive 3-4 Ton Pick Up / Van / Car)
