Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef at Cyclist restaurant and cafe located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for creating and implementing new dessert and bread recipes, designing menus, and managing pastry production. They will work closely with the restaurant's chefs to ensure that pastries are prepared to the highest standards and maintain the presentation and quality of all pastries.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years' experience as a Pastry Chef, Specialty Baker, or related field
Ability to manage kitchen staff and develop recipes
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Up-to-date knowledge of baking techniques and trends
Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
