We are currently looking to hire an experienced HR MANAGER to implement HR operations. Payroll, Leave Management, Recruitment and selection, Manpower Planning, On-Boarding

Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Mobilization, Training and Development

Job Responsibilities:

· Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and competencies.

· Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring decisions, in a way that reflects the company's values and culture.

· Training and Development: Design and deliver training and development programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees, and that help to develop the skills and competencies needed to achieve the company's goals.

· Performance Management: Establish and manage a performance management system that drives high performance and employee development, and that is fair and equitable.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations and take steps to mitigate any risks to the company.

· Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff-related issues, and address grievances in a timely and fair manner.

· Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's values.

· Payroll: Manage the complete payroll cycle, from on boarding employees to processing payroll deductions and payments

· Policies and Procedures: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that are fair and in line with UAE labor laws, and that support the company's culture and values.

· Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.

· Employee Engagement: Organize and lead employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention, and to create a positive and productive work environment.

Job Requirements

· Qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree or any related course

· Experience: 5 & more years exp. HR Manager in UAE
