Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to business development.

Team Management and Business Development skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Proven track record in delivering sales targets and executing sales strategies
Experience in the Real Estate or Vacation Homes industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
