Market Employee Benefits Products (SMEs & Jumbo deals) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads Conduct meetings and close deals independently Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Motivated and results-oriented
