HR Executive Required in Dubai

 Job Details

Work with concerned departments for payroll operations, employee services and employee satisfaction policies.


Updates HR systems records in accordance with the HR policies and procedures of the Government of Dubai.
Participate in the preparation and development of policies, methodologies and regulations governing the services and privileges provided and approved by the Authority.
Prepares and audits payroll lists and monthly employee entitlements.
Completes transaction procedures and follows up on routine and non-routine employee requests, such as issuing employee letters and certificates of all kinds.
Audits and completes the financial procedures in the system and follows up with the Financial Affairs Department to complete the procedures for disbursing salaries and financial dues, in addition to auditing the transactions related to the Pension and Social Security Authority (starting service – termination of service – joining the service – purchasing a legal period of service and calculating financial dues) and communicating with them in particular.
Preparing supportive reports in senior management decision-making.
Implement administrative decisions related to the termination of service for employee services in their various forms and retirement decisions, including the processing of termination files and retirement forms, and the calculation of financial and other dues in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations issued in this regard.
Follow-up and approval of leaves of all kinds.
Issuing health insurance cards and following up their procedures with the concerned authorities and employees.
Preparing support requests in the technical support system of Dubai Smart Government and coordinating with them in solving problems related to the government resource planning system.
Review and audit self-procedures when making changes to the employment status of the Authority’s employees, such as promotions, allowances, salary increases, etc., in addition to checking and verifying the documents supporting financial procedures.
Follow up and review attendance and departure reports for temporary employees and audit them.
Any other tasks assigned to him.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

0- 2 experience in the field of human resources and payroll.
