Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Associate. The HR Associate will be responsible for HR operations, training and development, and communication. The HR Associate will also assist in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
HR management and HR operations skills
Training and development skills
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
