The IT Manager is responsible for the development, scale, and delivery of IT infrastructure and ERP projects across the group. In this role, you will be working with Business Unit heads to design and strategize the digital projects and, will be responsible for reviewing the existing internal Tech business systems/processes and proposing and managing improvements.
Requirements:
Candidate is available in the UAE and is available to join on short notice/immediately.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the same field
Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP, CRM, E-Commerce and NetSuite technology infrastructure
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
Experience in Project Management and ERP Implementation /enhancements.
Experience in property and facility management software, Retail and Hospitality POS an advantage
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
Experience in controlling information technology budget.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Oversee all technology operations and evaluate performance against established goals.
Formulate the IT strategy in harmony with the overall organizational priorities and strategic goals to enhance operational efficiency
Position the IT function as a crucial strategic catalyst for the business, providing the organization with the necessary systems and processes to adapt to technological advancements and changes
Collaborate closely with senior management to efficiently implement IT infrastructure and business applications, catering to the growing requirements of business, sales, operations, and key functional areas
Manage existing IT systems and lead the development of new IT projects from inception to production delivery, optimizing business IT processes.
Lead the team to align with business stakeholders on security challenges, promoting awareness, and managing the IT Threat register.
Consult with business units to determine ERP requirements and manage IT configurations for e-commerce, ensuring strategic alignment.
Responsible for Oracle NetSuite, property and facility management software, Retail and Hospitality POS
Analyze and implement business software requirements, purchase cost-effective technological equipment, and coordinate IT-related purchases.
Maintain an inventory of hardware, conduct periodic audits, and propose management for the disposal or replacement of IT systems.
Ensure yearly budgeting, review IT-related purchase requisitions, and forecast upcoming IT needs and requirements.
