Senior Recruiter Required in Dubai


 Responsibilities


Recruitment of high earning sales professionals and achievement of agent growth targets
Work closely with management in developing recruitment strategy and other ad-hoc projects
Lead sourcing efforts and use creative recruiting tools, such as referral program, job boards, social media to create a strong sourcing strategy
Support management to lead a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet targets and KPI’s and maintain high quality recruitment processes
Monitor action of all leads generated by recruiting campaigns and provide feedback to marketing team
Work with the line managers to understand recruitment needs
Responsible for 360 recruitment. Conduct interviews of sales consultants and support staff; arrange interviews by coordinating schedules with management, ensuring correct processes are followed
Correct placement of candidate within the sales teams; get to understand each manager and ensure that candidates are matched correctly with by team and area
Headhunting for senior consultants; identify and approach suitable candidates
Maintain steady candidate pipeline and follow up as necessary
Support with weekly and monthly reporting and provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
Stay up to date with industry news and internal policies and procedures
Work closely with the Onboarding Manager to ensure content remains relevant and make necessary changes to induction program, as necessary

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience for sales/real estate roles
Target driven, team oriented and has the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of hiring high earning sales professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present recommendations and ideas
Familiar with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
Highly proficient and active use of LinkedIn, job portals and social media applications
Excellent written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent
Excelling reporting skills including knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, CRM Systems and Excel
