Experience you will need:
A minimum of 1 year waiting experience in a fast paced, high-end hospitality venue.
Fundamental knowledge of spirits and wines.
Excellent customer service, passion for hospitality and great interpersonal skills.
The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
A friendly, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written English.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work Double & Late shifts
