Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at Al Hadaf Travel & Tourism in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, managing receptionist duties, and performing clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Experience with receptionist duties Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Customer service-oriented mindset Please greet all guests help them as required & and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Respond to all guest questions and requests Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Keep a tidy and orderly workspace Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Follow up for visa Via call & and email. Payment of dues for B2B. Actively respond to B2B Applications in group Assist colleagues with administrative tasks. Schedule appointments whenever needed. Fluency in multiple languages, such as English and Arabic, is a plus Associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Salary 2500 AED
